This has been on my to do list for the past 18 months…to update more frequently here.
Full time work still in my role as interim CEO at Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud. Soon + 2 years in the role. After a initial year of turnaround of the company we started to move and planned forward. So proud of what all the team members and above all the small management team managed to accomplish. We have in a relatively short period set a much better basis for growth, better systems, policys and follow up.
One major point in our recent team member survey was that our goal quality has improved significantly, now where are scoring much higher where all team members know what our goals are. ⭐️
Financially we are also much better off with a great cashflow and liquidity which is very good considering the uncertainties all over the markets and the world.
Our Nordward – fish whole seller company – are developing well and has recovered well after the covid years. So now it is full on with new prospects and products that we are hoping to ramp up further.
At the beginning of the year a took a course at Styrelseakademien – a 2 day course to upskill your knowledge in boardwork. I have not had any formal board work training although I worked in boardfunctions professionally the past +8 years so this was very good to get more insights and tips and also get a brush up in the regulatory issues around boardwork in Sweden. The course was finished by an exam, which I passed… (I was a bit worried that I wouldn´t…😅)
Another reason for taking the course at Styrelseakademien was also to try one of their programs since I also took on a role as a member of the Board at Styrelseakademien may last year. Proud to see how our teachers and how dedicated all members work at Styrelseakademien and proud to be a part of the organisation too.
I have taken on more roles within SA but more about that next time. Todays post was more about starting of again to write something here and do an update since the last post. 😊
This years first three months are soon at its end and soon its Easter but before that there will be some short trips apart from work to Venice and Valencia.
