Last weeks boardmeeting went well. Business is picking up further as the restrictions are lifted. Now its a matter of getting our fair share of the market and more efforts will be put in in both digital sales and traditional sales. ⭐️ One specific project I have to commend the management in putting a crossfunctional team together in order to use data for further business impact. They closed that project together and it will be great to see the progress and what will come out of it, big and small changes. 💫📈
Preparations for this week´s boardmeeting and material sent out. Since then we have added on more things to the agenda, our AI project we will make a push for since we will be able to get more funding.
Last week I had a meeting with my old CEO network after a long hiatus. It is always nice to meet and to hear what has happened for everyone and what challenges and successes each and every one has had.🙏
My short course at Stockholm School of Economics is drawing to its close. It has been a good learning, good presented and some things to take further into the organisations. From that series of courses I have made I decided to take it one step further…This meant that I was looking into different courses at business schools in the US and specifically on digital transformation, transformation management and specific on CDO educations. After a long assessment of the two options available, Berkeley Haas and Northwestern Kellogg I decided in the end to send my application to Kellogg. This is mainly due to a few factors – ranking of Business School, start in march, the possibility to take one of the courses live at the campus, their focus in transformation of existing organizations, leadership and and on a overall level, professionality and a better outline of the program to start with for me.
At the end of last week and after the applications process encompassing writing 4 different essays I got the great news I was accepted into the Chief Digital Officer program at Northwestern Kelllogg!⭐️🤩 So now I will spend the next 12 months immersing into relearn and upskill further into being a Chief Digital Officer. 📈
