After a break for the holidays its always nice to be back in the workflow. All boardmeetings in december went well and business are progressing good. The year prognosis for all companies looks like we performed well in 2021, despite in some areas challenges.⭐️💫
After a short trip to France the business season kicks off with the usual first boardmeetings for the year. Plans are set and budgets 2022 approved or will be the coming week in extra boardmeetings.
I am happy to see that we have taken the opportunity the past year(s) to make changes and transformed our organisations and offer better to suit the future conditions and tried to digital transform processes, customer offers and organisations where it makes sense and where there is a benefit for us as a company and for the customers.
In the comings weeks I will start my third course at Stockholm School of Economics to develop my skillset further. Important to bring in new knowledge to oneself in order to better give something back and develop in the organizations I am involved. I do not want to stagnate! 😃🆙📚📈
During christmas weeks I have been consulting in a few projects which mainly is on an advisory level and I am now looking into take on more full time engagements instead that will be intresting and personally developing. ⭐️
All in all a good start of 2022 with a lots of good energy and hopefulle an interesting and prosperous 2022! 💫
