Interim period

In the middle of an interim period with the companies between boardmeetings. Strategy for 2022 leading in to budget discussions in december. A lot of focus of automatization in one company and big data in another company.

I have had meetings the past weeks with marketing bureaus looking into our SoMe strategy. However, we need to gear the company first to getting new or more of other revenue streams before we start working with this in a larger scale. The matter is at the desk of the CEO now to have a look at it and how we can execute in it.

In our dermatology company we have now announced we are opening another clinic in Stockholm due to great demand. It will be located in the city centre of Stockholm and is due to open in february.

Our ordering/communcation app in Nordward is reaching new hights and the migration is moving fast with a large potential to upsell products within the app.💫

Like many other companies we are also seeing shortage of some products mainly from Asia. Efficiency and lying ahead ordering things long ahead has become more important and to pack our containers efficiently. Some products we will have to find replacements products to in the short run but the good news is that we are most likely far better off then our peers due to better contacts and people working for us locally in Asia.

Some of the new projects has been stalled and halted for the time being which is a bit frustrating but nothing to do about it for the moment. Some new projects still pending and we will see if it will materialize more the coming weeks.

Visited Vienna a few weeks ago for the first time which was nice but you can clearly see there is not a big seafood market scene there in the restaurants, more focus on meat products. 🇦🇹

This week a meeting with old collegues from Akademikliniken and weekly business meetings before a business/leisure trip to Copenhagen by the end of the week. 🇩🇰
