Boardmeetings

Full time schedule for a couple of weeks with business planning, board preparation and setting schedule for the latter part of the fall. Came back this week after a short visit to London 🇬🇧. So nice to be back there as well 🤩

This week one of the boardsmeetings were held in one of the companies, Diagnostiskt Centrum Hud. Very good progress in many areas from quality assurance to recruitment of new dermatologists, new clinics and good traction on the results. There seems to be a good demand and the challenge is to meet that demand. 💫 Better to be that way than the other other way around.

We also made it public that we will establish another clinic in Sweden and there will be more in the coming months. 👍🏼

In Nordward we have a good trend as well and sales are also reaching all time high in many areas. Challenge here is that we and other peers face problems with deliveries and transports mainly from Asia due to Covid. However the management are on top of things and are really solutiondriven.

This week I also left one of my short term interim assigments due other assignments coming on that I need to prioritze but also because I did not see that I could contribute more given the circumstances the company was operating at this stage. The company is also moving into a different phase and more producing according to signed contracts that we managed to get that past weeks.

Next week its time to go through the boardmaterial in another company to be sent out a week ahead of the meeting. I am quite strict that agenda, boardmaterials as much as possible should go out exactly one week ahead of the boardmeeting. And in this company it is never a problem neither with timeline nor agenda & materials. A good CEO in that sense.

Since its also opening up more and more there will be some travels the coming week and weeks ahead and to meet people in person after video or telphone meetings.🛫
