MVI had their annual investorsmeeting, online of course. Our Flow CEO made a good presentation with our new looka and feel format. Interesting also to listen in and hear about the other portfolio companies. Online these type of meetings tend to be more efficient and to the point but a downside is that you miss out on the informal meetings and socializing on these events.
The online course continous at Stockholm School of economics. Last weeks and this weekΒ΄s topic is organizational culture. Interesting and interesting case studies. Zappos was one of the companies featured. You tend to reflect on how you are used to work and build your organisations and maybe need to rethink things in order to change and be more focused. ItΒ΄s however hard to go from one type of culture to another type of organization but it seems like it is inevitable that you need to do someting. Thinking a lot how you can apply this in the organizations I am involved in. Key is to work more agile but at the same time have the proper controls on the P&L so you do not decrease profitability. π¨πΌβπ»
Had a meeting with Alumni regarding the upcoming seminar – combining boardwork with interim job. The planned 60-70 registered had actually grown to 140 registered ..π! So there is a lot of interest and I am humble how I can give back some value and insights to this despite my limited experience.
Work with Diagnostisk Centrum Hud new webpage is continueing and going into the last phase with updated photographies need to be taken. So I have been pushing that forward toghether with the organization so we will be able to launch by week 23. The webpage looks really good and is improved. This week I will also participate in the dermatolgist operations meeting to just say hi and meet the key personnel and sit in to listen.
