After Easter

Had a nice relaxing easter on the west coast of Sweden with all types of weather like it is in april ☀️🌤🌦❄️🌨

Last week preparations and sending out board material for this week´s coming boardmeeting in SkinTopCo. Numbers still good and improving in certain segments. Follow up on the dermatology recruitments and the ongoing add-on acquisition discussions.

This week another boardmaterial will be sent out for Flow Fastighetsvärden and also add-on acquisition discussions here as well this week. 🏙

Last week I also had a consultation call from a European PE firm looking a business in a specific market. New company for me and a new market. Always interesting to learn more from side but foremost if I can add on some value to the firm I have been talking to. 🇪🇺

This week I will give myself some own development and start a five weeks course at the Stockholm School of Economics. The program is called Leading Transformative Organizations and is held entirely online. Last year I also attended a course there in Digital Innovation which was very good and where I also could apply learnings to the businesses I am involved in. Looking forward to this and hopefully improve my skills in leadership and the adaptation to more agile environments and the new demands to lead organizations. 👨🏼‍🎓🧠👁👨🏼‍💻
