End of busy week and a day of follow ups and going through notes, meetings and minutes. 👨🏼💻
Meetings setting the framwork for the new webpage in the dermatology company and review of headlines and introduction texts.
Started the process of putting together agendas for the boardmeetings in april and follow up on the minutes so we have a good progress on our milestones. Good to start early since it easter next week 🐣
Done the board evaluation survey in one of the companies. Results were good but some improvements to be made. Put some extra questions this year since impact of Covid 19. Although we have had hybridmeetings and that has worked very well you still miss out in some areas of communcations and improvement.
Two webinars this week and a few interviews to keep an ongoing pipeline of people talents to connect with. Webinars around boardwork and trends. Not the best but always something to pick up.
On a regluar basis listen in on CH and morning with Breakit – really good and when I can on Nordic tech lunch, also worthwhile. Need to select more on the different rooms because some of the american and UK rooms are just repeating themselves and all is about getting more followers, give information for free and then to get people to subscribe on things, sign upp for courses and a lot of them as just stating the obvious courses and empty phrases seminars. Some good but need to be selective
Had to cancel easter trip to Rome of course but managed to book a few trips the coming year to Nice, Los Angeles, Paris and San Francisco. Although it will not be possible to go because of situation its just nice to have the possibility to look forward to it 💫🎉🍾🙏
