New week after a good last week with some travel for a change and good meetings that hopefully will bring us forward another step.
Shareholdes meeting in Nordward went well and managment is doing at great job given the circumstances. Advisory board meeting in Carponovum/SCCS and adaptation to a different strategy reaching out the the hospitals and the surgeons. We will see how this will progress.
This week we have a IT strategy meeting in Hemma Bäst where we need to decide the roadmap for the latter part of 2021 as well and also setting the new groupname overall. I guess we will go out with the new name the coming weeks 💫👏
Like usual weekly meetings with all the CEO´s on progress, evaluation meeting and benchmark with the other portfoliocompanies for one PE company – always room for improvement. 💫
On friday we will get a demonstration of the new AI project in one of the companies. Interesting to see status but more what is needed from the organisation to get it going further and progressing from a test phase.
On another note, also need to plan and see what to do for easter. The booked trip to Rome will most definately be cancelled…😃
