Board prep

Yestdays boardmeeting with DCHud and Bridgepoint went well. Progress in various aread and a new weppage to be produced. More customerfriendly but yet focused on attracting dermatologists and information regarding derm science. 💫

Had a lunch with a former Scandic/Hilton collegue and it was great catching up with him and the latest within hotelbusiness and the probable transision the hospitality business must go through. Also intresting discussions on office space, retail and how this develop past pandemic.

Also managed to have a quick tactical activity meeting with the clinic team and owner in Carponovum how to move forward and trying get into the hospitals on county council level.

Today its preparation and reading through the different boardmaterials for next week. Setting up goals for the board meeting. Putting the last things into the annual board survey which I do in some of the companies each year and to see if we are moving forward the boardwork and contribute to the CEO and vice versa.

Also using the contacts in one of the portfoliocompanies to see if we can find a clinic location i Örebro with his connection on that local market and within the real estate business.

Started of the day with my personal trainer and preparing for a quiet weekend.
