Humpday

In the middle of the week. Started day with personal training and directly into a meeting with competitor/collegue in the real estate business together with the CEO for Hemma Bäst. Interesting talks about the business and how they transformed their company to a manager/leader less structure into a team based structure.

This week was spent so far going through boardmaterials for Norward and Hemma Bäst and preparations for boardmaterial to be sent out. Great material prepared by the CEO´s and a good mix of reporting of different initiatives and discussionpoints so the board also will be activated and contribute with their knowledge to the CEO´s and managment.

Got an investment prospect connection and the prospect that I need to dig into further this week and evaluate. Interesting idea but need to understand which stage they are on, progress etc.

Planning for next weeks meetings, two boardmeetings and setting up the agenda goes on and preparations for DCHuds boardmeeting tomorrow is now ready.
